Excuse the mess. Apart from the index, I write things in markdown and have an automated system dealing with converting it to html, stitching things together and uploading it here. You're welcome to inspect the html, but just know that it wasn't written by hand (I usually write it by hand, which I assume you already know if you know who I am. And you should, since you're here, no?)
